Day One

Lunch. We recommend eating several oranges, two cooked eggs, forty grams of almonds, and a tomato in the afternoon.

Day two

Dinner. For dinner, you can eat steamed fish filet (150 grams), drink mineral water, tea without sugar, and eat vegetables (cucumbers are ideal).
Day Four
Lunch. Grapefruit. It’s better to drink tea or water.
Dinner. A cooked egg, 100 grams of grated carrots, and 140 grams of curd. Drink all these products with lemon juice without sugar.
Day Five
You have had enough patience to wait until the fifth day of the diet. You should already see a small result of losing several pounds when you get on the scale. You shouldn’t worry about the result if you’re not happy with it. Keep it up, and the effect will be visible in a couple of days.
Breakfast remains the same as in the previous days, but lunch and dinner are different.
Lunch. One hundred grams of cooked celery, two boiled eggs, and coffee or tea without sugar.
Dinner. In the evening, you can pamper yourself with boiled chicken (200 grams). Be sure to remove the skin from it in advance. For a side dish, make a vegetable salad.
Day six
Lunch. For lunch, prepare a fruit salad, the key ingredient of which is an apple. Besides, eat grapefruit and twenty grams of nuts for lunch.
Dinner. Cook 200 grams of fish fillet, stewed mushrooms, and drink some sugar-free juice in the evening.
Day seven
You’ve already reached the seventh and final day. Don’t go down the finish line, because the last day is as essential as the first one.
Lunch. In the afternoon, it’s enough to eat a hundred grams of cottage cheese filled with whipped raw egg and a vegetable broth.
Dinner. Drink kefir and eat a fruit salad.
